Home Inspections on demand

Convergence is an enterprise logistics intelligence platform that helps global teams track and optimize supply chain operations. Nestly became their single source of truth for planning, reporting, and daily execution.

About Lightspeed

Convergence powers predictive logistics for some of the world’s largest distributors. Their internal operations span 7 time zones and over 250 team members — including planning, engineering, analytics, and support teams. Their core product integrates with ERP systems to give real-time shipment tracking and risk forecasting to enterprise clients.

The Challenge

As Convergence scaled, their internal tooling couldn’t keep up. Teams were fragmented across project boards, task apps, and docs. Weekly reports were stitched together manually. Executives had no visibility into progress without endless status calls.

“We were operating like five different companies,” said Santi Malik, COO at Convergence.

The Solution

With Nestly, Convergence finally brought operations, product, and support into one shared workflow. From shared documentation to progress tracking and collaborative planning, every team gained visibility and rhythm. Workspace templates accelerated onboarding for new initiatives, and focus mode gave deep work time back to ICs.

The Results

  • 85% reduction in weekly reporting time

  • 10+ tools consolidated into Nestly

  • 3x increase in cross-team visibility

  • C-suite now views progress in real-time dashboards

“Nestly helped us act like one company again. Our entire ops stack runs on it now.”

— Santi Malik, COO, Convergence
