AI is great until it hits the road.
One of the founders worked several years at Zoox where he was in charge of designing solutions for the Ops team, in specific the tooling that operators would use to teleoperate, troubleshoot, clean, recharge and assist the autonomous robotaxis in San Francisco, Las Vegas and other North American cities.
An it was clear to him that no matter how impressive the technology was on the robotaxi, human help was still require to fill the gaps needed to have a seamless operation. And to be clear this is not the typical "Human in the loop" clutch that eventually will be replaced by automation. We are talking about a simbiosis between humans and AI that will be needed for the forseable future.
AI, in specific AI Agents will need human help to unlock unimaginable value in the world where we live. How can we advance AI and humans alike, how can we strike a fair the balance of this new Human + AI collaboration?.
